When screenshots are taken of you in the game, they are stored as tga files, these files can be quite large, heres a small program that allows you to convert then to the smaller jpg format before emailing then to us.

To use the program just right click the tga file and choose

Sagethumbs > Convert to jpg

the image is saved with the same name in the same folder
