my superviser built a trike for his son arse end vw beetle the front end custom made  by my supervisor in quiet times on our machines.He mentioned to me today that his son bought  a new engine and wants him to fit aSUBURU 2litre thingy into  a space where his old vw 1600 went  bets on can he do it????????

It can be done, I could do it, putting the Impreza turbo engine in an actual vw beetle has been done before so fitting it into a trike shouldn't be much different infact I cant see it being as much work, although they are watercooled as opposed to the vws aircooling. and if its the non turbo it would be even easier still. All it takes is general engineering skills and a bit of know how.

Scooby engine should go alright, vw beetle engines are more suited to washing machines.
