Ive been playing moh since allied assault 1st came out and have been a member of a spearhead clan for 3 years.
Tonight in your practice you were playing tdm (which I excel at) and freezetag which I have been playing alot of lately albiet in spearhead.
How you can ban me with no evidence is beyond me Lib has very few players as it is without banning and alienating players just cause there kicking yer ass.
Blue delphinium had a better score than me most of the night(who I don't think cheats just cause he kills me alot) so what did I do to deserve being banned?.
Anyway if you dont want players on your server thats fine by me I thought you peeps enjoyed the game as much as I do ,I was gutted when I got banned cause was really enjoying the freeztag etc and diff gametypes with players that I have played with quite a few times in ukc before aswell as y2k6.
Here is an example of my tdm ability all our matches are played using anticheat with clientside files so they detect all known cheats not like useless public anticheats that use no clientside files.

If you were to use dmw 3.0 on your server with the no kick option (so public without files can join) then I would be glad to come on your server using the clientside mod(which enables dmw to scan all my pk3 files). Least that way you would know that anyone who bothers to use the clientside files are clean and anyone else is open for debate.

Ok before i start I didnt have anything to do with the ban tonight i was the one asking why you were banned, but i would like to point out one thing from all my time playing mohaa (The beginning), and that is that any anti cheat even clientside is not infallible, DMW certainly isn't, its usually the first program any cheater tries to beat, granted mostly without success, but not always!!!.. DMW supposedly catches all KNOWN cheats, but what about the ones they dont know about, to say a certain anticheat is perfect would be a little naive!!
Like you allready mentioned, liberation is played by so few players, the simple fact of people having to download something to play on a server drives them away. Mohaa is crippled by the fact it has no auto download (being a level designer and scripter myself i see a lot of good work go to waste), anti cheat is hampered in the same way.
As for the screenshots you show, im probably right in thinking that only one was taken on your machine, this really wont prove anything! screenshots would only carry weight if there your own. Also i would point out that Whoever took the screenshots wasnt running DMW, last time i ran dmw there was an icon in the bottom left of the screen with green light.... Unless dmw has changed!!!
Before anyone goes off on a rant, I will repeat again, im not the one who banned you, and i never even asked the question, the first thing I knew was when you were actually banned , and the only question I asked was why, i wasnt even in the same ventrilo channel, if your a clan leader or an administrator then you would know that its not easy at times, especially on a crowded server.
Ill make some enquiries as to what happened when the rest of the admins are online, at this time its all I can do as I have no idea what happened.

 boney please accept my apologies i did bann you but it was an honest mistake as you are well aware we were running a few diffrent modes on the server at the time which led to members of the public being a little more confused than usual some of the public players decided to start shouting about game types and maps and unfortunatly you were banned by accident itchy trigger finger however i realised my mistake and removed the bann within five minutes

again apologies if we got it wrong, but we were unable to watch you as we would with others because we were actually training at the time, the ban has been taken back and you a free to come on the server at any time, you are right in saying we shouldnt have taken any action without proper evidence, but mistakes do get made, as previously said not everything is 100% proof.

The screenshots were just to show that I can get high scores in games.
They were taken from clan matches and are posted on our vwar which I also linked to.
All I was trying to point out is that I am a good player, because the only reason I could fathom at the time for me being banned was due to the fact that I was getting good scores and someone didnt like it.
Anyway Kestrel and chip have apologised so I will accept the apology as I enjoy liberation and there aren't many good servers about, especially uk ones.
Im hurt though if you did think I was cheating as Im cheat free and hate any kind of cheating in multiplayer games as does my clan http://www.thelostpatrol.net of which I am founder member, Clan and server administrator.
